Installation Process

DESIGN/CONSENT:

▶︎ Working with the pool shape you have chosen, we work through the design process.
▶︎ Once you are satisfied with the design, documents are put together and building consent or fencing consent is lodged.

EXCAVATION/INSTALLATION:

▶︎ Pre-start meeting with your pool builder (advised to have your landscaper available for this) to go through plans for a final time (this may happen on day of excavation).

▶︎ Temporary fencing is erected and toolbox meeting for Health and safety completed.

▶︎ Services are relocated then pool hole is excavated, base is layed, compacted and screeded to the heights of your chosen pool model.

▶︎ Pool is then delivered and placed in the ground with a Hiab or Crane.

▶︎ Installation on the plumbing/pump/filtration and lights is completed.

▶︎ Pool is then backfilled and filled with water ready to start up and test all equipment.

▶︎ Electrician connects power from house switch board to the pump shed.

Timeline 1-2 weeks

▶︎ Once all equipment is installed and tested, you will be provided with a handover cleaning and balance kit, training on how to use your equipment and pool, and a full pool valet for your new pool (usually after you have had your chosen coping installed).

▶︎ Once your pool fencing plans are approved by council, you can install your chosen range of pool fencing, pavers, concrete or decking through Element Pools landscape partners or your own.
